German Speaking Sales & Marketing Executive
Location: Bedford
Commutable from Milton Keynes, St Neots, Luton, Northampton
Salary: circa £35,000 pa OTE

Main duties:
Generating & identifying new business leads and opportunities, in order to convert them into sales.

Description:
- Research organisations & individuals across a range of online and offline channels
- Identify new leads and opportunities to make sales
- Pitch products and services from across the company’s portfolio
- Provide solution-based sales services for incoming enquiries & outgoing sales activity
- Contact potential customers via telephone, email & social media to introduce the company
- Account manage customers to ensure repeat purchase
- Undertake direct marketing activities such as emails & mailings to generate sales
- Follow-up marketing campaigns & incoming enquiries to maximise sales potential
- Research & attend networking events to generate new sales and leads
- Develop sales pitches, proposals, and presentations
- Work with the marketing team to develop lead opportunities from campaigns
- Develop personal sales objectives to ensure sales targets are met
- Visit potential customers to develop and maintain relationships
- Attend exhibitions generating leads and follow these up post event

 

- Fluent in German (written & verbal)
- Track record of successful sales
- Open to fast passed change being adaptive to new and evolving situations
- The ability to handle pressure and meet targets and deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal skills and articulate
- Driven, motivated and prepared to maximize the opportunity
- Excellent numeracy and literacy levels
- Ability to negotiate
