Main Duties:
Your role will be to source, coordinate and negotiatie venues to be able to package corporate events for and on the German market.

The Role:
- To find and book venues against complex briefs, while exceeding client expectations
- To negotiate rate with venues in the UK, Germany and other European and international
- To respond to customer enquiries by email and over the phone and tailor each quote to
  their requirements
- To go above and beyond to ensure client requirements of any scale are always met and
  executed to a high standard
- To develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients and customers
- To provide a high standard of service for a large selection of blue chip companies
- To update and coordinate data and inform other departments or clients accordingly
- To work closely with the team of Account Managers
- To think outside the box, be innovative, autonomous and always provide a personalised
  solution for both clients and customers

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- German language to mother tongue level (written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a similar role OR with administrative background
- Previous experience in Travel, Venues, Professional Events and/or Hotel industries
  industry - DESIRED
- Confident negotiation skills
- Proactive and dynamic with good communication and listening skills
- Good administrative skills
- Computer literate
- Team player & quick learner
