German speaking Sales Coordinator (fixed term - home based)
Salary: £22,000 p.a. + Benefits

Main duties:
To be in charge of the day to day sales administration within a busy Customer Services team and to ensure the highest standard of customer support

The Role:
- To provide an excellent level of Customer Services at all times to deal with retailers and wholesalers
- To check the product availability, process orders and ensure on-time delivery using SAGE
- To update customers details accurately on the system
- To build good relationships with customers and understand their needs
- To liaise with other departments regarding product Availability / Delivery / Credits / Returns
- To support Supply Chain Outbound to ensure that delivery requirements met
- To communicate with customers about deliveries and to arrange booking slots

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience within office environment (export administration or sales coordination)
- IT literate (strong Excel knowledge and ERP system user, ideally SAGE)
- Strong attention to details with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills
- Candidate must be UK based and fully eligible to work
