*** Full time position (Mon-Fri 8.30am -5pm) available from August ***

Main duties:
To be responsible for the daily Customer Services Coordination and Technical Support

The Role:
- To deal with enquiries on the daily basis over the phone and email
- To process orders accurately in the system
- To process freight quotations and inform clients
- To create pro forma invoices, process the payments and follow up
- To create credit notes and maintain customer pricelists
- To set up new accounts and update customers details with accuracy
- To manage data input and file management
- To provide occasional language support and translation for other departments

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English and German (Written and spoken) – Essential
- Previous experience in a Customer Service / Account Management within manufacturing industry
- Engineering Degree would be a strong advantages
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
- IT literate (MS Office), ERP software knowledge (SAP or Oracle)
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Own transport (company is difficult to reach by public transport)
