German speaking Technical Sales Engineer (SOUTH GERMANY BASED)
Location: Remote
Salary: basic up to €65,000 plus commission and company car

Main duties:
Be responsible for growing sales within the designated region as well as be the primary point of contact for customers.


The Role:
- Develop a strategy to support the industries in your region
- Create a sales plan to identify new business opportunities
- Visit customer sites assessing their needs and preparing customer proposals following up with the intent to close the deal
- Build strong customer relationships understanding their needs and requirements
- Meeting monthly sales target
- Work with the aftermarket team
- Respond to customer enquiries regarding equipment
- Maintain pricing levels and margins
- Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date
- Feedback to management on market related research and competitor activity

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (Written & spoken) essential
- Good level of English (Written and spoken)
- Technical B2B sales experience needed
- Track record of exceeding sales targets
- Able to travel to meet potential clients
- Technically minded
- Excellent communication skills
- Dynamic, ambitious and driven
- Ability to work on own initiative

Salary

Basic up to €65,000 plus commission and company car
