Salary: OTE £ 35,000 – 60,000 (basic £28,000-£48,000 + Commission) + Excellent Benefits

Main duties:
Reporting to and liaise closely with the Sales Manager for Germany, to assume responsibility for management and business growth in the assigned territory for microbiology products

The Role:
- To develop and generate sales to meet or exceed budget sales revenues for products.
- To help devise and implement a business plan for this territory based upon business requirements for that territory.
- To communicate with existing customers on a consistent basis to monitor customer satisfaction.
- To make prospecting calls and visits to inform potential customers in Germany regarding the products and service it
   offers.
- Have an excellent understanding of German Food Law to run and demonstrate all test kits for the customers.
- To be the first contact point to resolve technical issues and liaise with divisional managers and technical support
   team
- To assist planning marketing strategies and attend industry trade shows to promote products and services
- To resolve product based complained and provide excellent level of customer services
- To provide monthly sales report

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in German and English (Written and spoken)
- Scientific or Technical background (Biology, Microbiology, and Immunology) is ideal
- Degree educated (Life Science), preferable PhD
- Previous experience in B2B sales or business development would it be ideal
- Laboratory experiences is a bonus
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
- Good problem-solver
- Happy to travel to Germany

Salary:

OTE £ 35,000 – 60,000 (basic £28,000-£48,000 + Commission) + Excellent Benefits
