German speaking Technical Support (Electronic products)
Salary: up to £30,000 pa DOE
Location: Maidstone, Kent

Main duties:
To be the main point of contact for technical issues relating to the company’s products


The Role:
- To provide technical and functional support for their online products
- To provide expert consultation on their solution
- To respond to product related emails and phone calls
- To identify troubleshooting problems
- To maintain a contact with clients to ensure the problem is resolved
- To test and evaluate new products

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in German (to mother tongue standard)
- Passion for Electronics and IT network connected products
- Previous experience in Technical Support role
- Excellent problem solving skills with attention to details
- Ability to work and manage multiple cases at one time
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
