German speaking Travel Account Manager
Salary: range between £30,000 and £40,000 pa (depending on experience)
Location: West Sussex

Main Duties:
To establish and maintain strong relationships with resorts in Austria, France and Andorra

The Role:
- Develop and Maintain portfolios / contracts with hotels in designated areas
- Negotiate and monitor suppliers to ensure best rates and resolve any issues as needed
- assist with enquiries on offered tours and trips
- Liaise with internal departments
- Understand the internal system and processes
- To visit and audit properties abroad as and when required

 

- Fluent in German (written and spoken) essential
- Fluent in French desirable but not a necessity
- Degree in Tourism / Public relations beneficial
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and keep to tight deadlines
- Ability to develop working relationships with suppliers
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and adaptable
