Global Brand Manager (Spirits & Alcohol)

Salary: Up to £65,000 pa (DOE) + Benefits

Main duties:
Recommend and lead the brand(s) strategy in order to develop market performances, brand turnover and brand profitability

The Role:
- To define and organise the yearly brand plan
- To analyse competition, trends, market and consumer intelligence
- To recommend strategic actions for the brand
- To lead the brand activities on all markets
- To coordinate workload with communication / marketing agencies
- To follow up of actions from the strategic briefs
- To coordinate communication and ensure consistency of the brand content
- To Coordinate marketing intelligence agencies and ad hoc projects
- To manage a team of Brand Manager assistants
- To lead and coordinate quarterly sales meeting for marketing activities
- To coordinate marketing plan expenses according to budget
- To recommend and report brand KPI
- To be the brand point of contact within the company

Candidate's Profile:

- Proven experience is required at senior level
- Ideally experience working in Spirits / Alcohol
- Marketing experience in FMCG essential
- Expert office pack
- Expert in marketing intelligence tools
- Commercial and Project management skills
- Able to work on tight deadlines
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality


Up to £65,000 pa (DOE) + Bonus
