Responsibilities

Head of HR Operations – French speaking
Salary: circa £65,000 p.a. depending on experience + Excellent Benefits

Main Duties: 
To ensure HR operates effectively at a strategic and operational level to support the business strategy and organisational development
To lead HR in the UK and be actively involved at an international level


The Role:
- To lead on recruiting new talent and improving the on boarding process
- To manage staff job classifications, compensation and benefit structures
- To develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in the UK and abroad
- To ensure the systems and processes operate efficiently
- To provide ongoing training and support to staff to improve employee and organisational productivity
- To work closely with managers to provide guidance on compliance and risk factors
- To lead on developing the Learning & Development (L&D)
- To support the HR functions in subsidiary companies and manage the HR and Operations Lead
- To manage internal communication projects
- To with the COO to develop and deliver a people plan for the business

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French and English
- Strong experience in an HR leadership role
- Previous experience of leading an organisational development agenda and managing staff in different jurisdictions
- Ideally knowledge of employment law legislation within multiple jurisdictions (EMEA & US)
- Ability to Influence business stakeholders at a senior level
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Degree educated

Salary

Circa £65,000 p.a. depending on experience + Excellent Benefits (Pension, Life Insurance, Private Health Care)
