Main duties:    
To provide general HR support and advice for the UK and French Divisions

The Role:
- To report directly to the HR Manager
- To provide administrative support in HR matters for UK and French Divisions
- To perform general HR duties and activities (360 Recruitment, Contract process, Payroll, Benefits, Health & Safety, Employees relations, Administration, Job Descriptions, Personnel files etc…)
- To prepare and oversee the full employee cycle
- To act as a first port of call for HR related queries
- To process the payroll function
- To prepare quarterly and monthly HR report
- To occasionally travel to the French Office division and other UK offices (Max 1/month)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English to mother tongue standard is ESSENTIAL
- UK HR Legislative knowledge is ESSENTIAL
- CIPD or equivalent qualification/ Part – qualified
- Proficient in French is a strong advantage
- French HR Legislative knowledge is desirable but not essential
- Experience working with a pan-European organisation is a strong advantage
- Excellent organisation, problem solving & attention to details skills
- Occasional travel to France required in this role

Salary:

 Up to £30,000 pa DOE + Excellent Benefits
