Inside Sales Representative – Spanish and/or Arabic speaking
Salary: up to £23,000 p.a. + Commission
Location: Staffordshire

Main duties:
To develop and manage sales accounts while providing customer support.

*** Office based role: Mon – Fri 8am-5pm ***
*** No cold calling ***
*** 1st year OTE £26k-£30k, 2nd year OTE £38k-£45k ***

The Role:
- To manage existing business accounts and identify new leads
- To communicate with customers by phone, email and web chat
- To respond to and action customer enquiries in a timely manner
- To create quotes for clients and process the orders
- To liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to source new products
- To maintain and update records on the database

- Fluent in Spanish and/or Arabic (written and spoken) - Essential
- A strong interest or previous experience in sales is desirable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- IT literate
