To develop and manage a new sales team and exceeding the monthly targets.
To recruiting, training and developing a Sales Team.
To create, develop and maintain strong relationships with the solid base of existing clients and new customers.
To search national and internationals potential leads and turn it into sales
To be an expert in the area, compiling and analysing figures and trends.
To generate new sales leads by phone.
To provide data for Marketing to determine ROI of events/campaigns and follow up on leads generated from marketing programs across the UK
To manage and coach Sales Executives.
To make the business grow with an exquisite promotion of product and services.
To travel local / international to meet up with Clients.
