Internal Sales Coordinator with business level French
Sales Administration, Sales coordination, Internal Sales, Quotation, Pricing, Order Processing, Customer Service, Customer Support, B2B, Client relationship management, Telephone, Export, Distribution, Enquiries, Technical, Technical products, Fluent in French, Berkshire.
Salary: Up to £25,000pa depending on experience + other benefits

Main Duties:
To provide office support for the UK sales office as well as coordinating with their French office.

The Role:
- To process customers enquiries via telephone, emails etc…
- To create quotations and follow-up with regular communication to customers
- To process orders from reception in a timely fashion
- To follow orders through from order entry to delivery
- To update clients on progress of orders
- To coordinate a variety of administrative tasks within the offices
- To provide an excellent service at all times and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- To occasionally travel to France (Customers and HQ visits)

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English to mother tongue standard - (Written & spoken) IS ESSENTIAL
- Proficient in French - (Written & spoken) IS ESSENTIAL
- Excellent communication, organisational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and be part of a small team
- Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
- Able to travel on a national & international basis

Salary:

Up to £25,000pa depending on experience + other benefits
