Main duties:
To maintain and develop a strong relationship with new and existing clients

The Role:
- To build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients
- To manage a portfolio of clients
- To target potential new clients
- To identify revenues opportunities
- To ensure proactive customers communication
- To deal with enquiries from customers/travel agents  
- To provide high level of Customer Service
- To deliver system training (web meeting)
- International travels (Occasion travel – twice a year)
- To perform audit & manage clients performances
- To report to the Operations Manager

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Fluent in another European language
- Experience in Sales/Customer Service/Sales admin is essential
- Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry (Hotels or Property) would be a strong advantage
- Excellent administration skills
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- High level of commercial awareness
- IT literate  
- Strongly organised
- Attention to details

Salary:
