International Customer Service Team Lead
Salary: up to Circa £35,000 pa DOE + Bens
Location: Manchester
At commutable distance by car from Bury, Oldham, Halifax, Middleton, Rochdale, Stockport

Main Purposes of role:
To lead a small team of customer service / technical support advisers


The main duties include:
- Support team colleagues, provide leadership & achieve department objectives
- Mentor team members to achieve goals & develop strengths
- Contribute to weekly metric reports and help identify department opportunities
- Maintain professional communication & good relationships with managers
- Identify system and workflow improvements to enhance team's performance
- Responsible for key customer accounts, support customer account management & sales support
- Support the EMEA customer service manager during off site events and vacation
- Creates an environment which encourages ownership, responsibility, accountability


 

Candidate's Profile

- Additional fluency in Spanish, German, French - Advantageous
- Strong relationship builder at all levels / Leads by example
- Self-motivated attitude, conscientious and excellent personal discipline
- Multi-tasking skills – can prioritise, detail orientated and perform an variety of concurrent tasks with minimal direction
- Proactive in ensuring the team/customer has a positive outcome at all times
- Analytical / reporting & problem solving skills
- Ability to obtain and work through issues relating to product availability before they affect the customer.
- Understand and learn new products as they are released for sale

Salary

Circa up to £35,000 pa DOE + Benefits (Life insurance, Smart pension etc..)
