Main duties:
To support the HR Department on the day-to-day administration tasks. You will also work alongside other members of the HR team located in the London office and the international team.

The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for telephone/email HR queries.
- To carry out new starter documents, leavers, changes, employee status
- To ensure the employee lifecycle compliance met with policy and legislation
- To work closely with the HR executive to manage probation periods of new/recently promoted employees
- To regularly advertise job vacancies
- To provide advice on recruitment and selection methods when required
- To assist in managing the recruitment expenses and budget, ensuring to not exceed the financial resources  
- To support in providing training to new starters
- To run monthly HR reports and develop business improvement initiatives

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in European language (French, Italian, Romanian, German, Spanish, Swiss, Greek, Russian) (+English)
- Degree educated
- University degree related to HR - Advantage
- Previous experience in administration position - preferred
- Ability to travel on occasion
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and diplomacy

Salary:

£20,000 pa
