Main Duties:
Oversee Retailer's Sales Process and maximise all business opportunities

The Role:
- Manage Sales Operations process, enable sales team productivity by simplifying processes
- Ensure team are working effectively as possible converting leads and opportunities
- Implement sales automation tools by email prospecting, content enablement software etc
- Data driven and continuously moving sales leads & opportunities along the sales process
- Manage a small team reporting direct, responsible for their performance management & development.
- Support and encourage the team through operational changes, providing clear training
- Proactively identify issues in the sales process and find ways to reduce them
- Manage metrics/analytics programs to help the team make data-backed business decision
- Present sales planning analytical output as required for senior management presentations
- Provide sales management with analysis and reporting as required
- Conduct in-depth quantitative analysis to assist in sales planning
- Manage the implementation of B2B website + assist with new CRM
- Work alongside the sales manager to define weekly monthly & quarterly objectives

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (essential)
- Additional languages such as Spanish or Italian - strong advantage
- Strong Data, Excel and Analytical Skills
- Broad business understanding of Sales & Profit (Sales Targets)
- Experience managing a team
- Collaborative approach with team towards making a difference
- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) & great attention to detail.


£32,000pa to £42,000pa depending on experience + benefits
