Inventory Coordinator
Location: Zaragoza, Spain
Salary: up to 33000€ per annum

Main duties:
To have full control of the inventory in the yard.

The role:
– To manage inventory levels for upcoming events and ensure all products are accounted for
– To enter inventory into the system accurately
– To organise and reposition products accordingly to maintain a safe and tidy yard
– To provide support with advertisement of products to enable quick turnover
– To coordinate the movement of products when needed for events using a forklift (training provided)
– To manage enquiries from vendors and clients

– Fluent in English to business standard – Essential
– Previous experience in warehouse/yard management
– Knowledge of how to operate heavy machinery
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Dynamic, confident and motivated candidate
– IT literate
