Main Duties:
- To manage IT Help Desk Team and evaluate performance also to ensure
  customer service is timely and accurate on a daily basis.

The Role:
- To be responsible for the IT Support team management and their excellent level of
  customer service
- To provide smooth and efficient customer support on a daily basis
- To give feedback to the internal teams (Sales, Software Engineers, Trainers)
- To contribute to improving customer support by actively responding to queries and
  handling complaints
- KPI & SLA management, to report performance weekly and monthly to the management
- To develop the team’s knowledge
- To train new team members and responsible for mentoring

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in French or German or Dutch close to mother tongue standard
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous Managerial experiences with IT / Help Desk Support
- Strong knowledge: Database, SQL, ERP, CRM software
- Experiences in SAAS, ERP or financial software packages support would be advantage.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Able to encourage collaborative working and demonstrate teamwork at the highest level
