Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (UK & Europe)

The Role:
- To provide 1st line technical  support and problem fixing for end users on all systems (Including remote)
- To support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- To provide network support, phone system support
- Installation and administration of users
- Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation
- To guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- To priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in 2 languages: Spanish AND Italian is ESSENTIAL,
- Fluent in French or German would be a BONUS
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Previous experiences in IT support, 1st line desk support or technical customer services is necessary
- IT related problem solving skills
- IT Technical knowledge
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Office365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Windows 8

Salary:
