Main duties:
To provide a high standard of customer relationships to clients and dealers on the Italian and UK market

The Role:
- To represent the company and be first point of contact for Italian Speaking Clients
- To develop and maintain a strong relationship with clients
- To be responsible for customer’s enquiries and orders
- To ensure that all complaints or queries are dealt with professionally & in a timely manner
- To keep daily contact with Dealers (receive feedback, reduce costs…)
- To manage administrative tasks, taking orders & solving any delivery issues or payments
- To maximise opportunities with dealers in the French region and UK
- To report feedback and to implement improvement plans

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Italian and English (written & spoken) is essential
- Previous experience in Customer Service (Essential)
- Previous Experience in the Fashion Industry would be ideal
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Confident, independent, solution finder, proactive & dynamic
- Computer literate (excel / outlook…)

Salary:

up to £25,000 pa DOE
