Italian Speaking Electric Engineer

Main Duties:
To handle customer technical and commercial queries.

The Role:
- To provide support technical advice on the Client’s electrical product
- To support Internal Sales Team with technical queries
- To maintain close contact with customers and clients, build up rapport and establish customer relations
- To use technical knowledge to identify issues and provide the solutions
- To provide exceptional customer care

- Fluent in English and Italian (Written & spoken) – Essential
- Working knowledge of Motor Control Gear, Timers, Sensors, Temperature controllers etc. desired
- Qualified to ONC level or equivalent would be advantageous, however, experience in in an electric engineering field will be also considered
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good telephone manners
- Team player & quick learner
