Italian Speaking Group Travel Coordinator
Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE + Benefits
Location: Scotland

Main Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland

The Role:
- Provide a high level Customer Service to Italian speaking customers
- Raise competitive quotes for clients by understanding their needs and budget
- Negotiate supplier rates and always buy at the best possible price
- Build and maintain a great working relationship with your clients & suppliers
- Improve and update your product knowledge
- Assume responsibility for your clients’ pending groups through to deposit payment
- Liaise with the operations team in operating the confirmed group
- Attend trips, trade fairs and meetings upon request

 

- Fluent in Italian is essential (written and spoken)
- Fluent in additional languages - Advantageous
- Experience with a tour operator or similar service provider such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agency or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Scotland as a destination and its tourism products
- Positive, Problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
- Required to work every other weekend as part of the rota
- Good team player / Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / IT literate
