Salary: Up to £26,000 pa Depending on Experience + Benefits

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer service for Europe and UK
To support the Customer Service, Sales & Technical team with the day-to-day running

The Role:
- To provide excellent customer service at all times
- To manage and provide administrative and customer service support
- To process enquiries and orders promptly (Phone and emails)
- To provide technical and sales support to European retailers and consumers
- To maintain accurate records on customer accounts
- To provide liaison support for logistics
- To raise invoices and purchase orders
- To resolve issues and deal with complaints in a professional and efficient manners

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Italian and English is Essential / Additional fluency in Spanish is a strong advantage
- Previous experience in a similar role - Essential
- Computer literate (Word, Excel)
- Experience working with Sage or Accpac or CRM - Desirable
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Good attention to detail, numerical and analytical skills with good organisation skills
- Confident, proactive and dynamic
- Able to work on your own as well as part of a team
