Main duties:
To manage and support clients

The Role:
- To support clients with any technical queries by phone and by email
- To communicate and manage negotiations with clients
- To manage existing and new accounts
- To manage and update internal databases
- To find solutions
- Full training provided
 


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Italian & English (Written & Spoken) is essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
- Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary:

£18,000 to £20,000 per annum Depending On Experience + Benefits
