Our client is a well-established International Accounting Firm based in the City of London
Italian Speaking Office Administrator
Salary: Up to £28,000 pa DOE

Main duties:
Versatile position where you would be responsible for general Office Administration as well some financial procedures
The Role:
- Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Organise meetings, scheduling appointments / Preparation of Internal Minutes
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel,
financial and legal information
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth
office operations
- Collaborating with external consultant such as lawyers
- Deal with HMRC and Companies House when required
- Assist GM and Director with ad hoc requests / occasionally PA task for the Director
- Treasury administrator for the company bank account and clients’ bank account
- Deal with clients’ requests as certification, preparation of documents & ad hock
administrative services
- Manage Contracts with Company’s suppliers, prepare & issue invoices
- Fluent in Italian (oral & written) to business standards
- Understanding of accounting procedures such as bookkeeping other general financial procedures
- Good team player, hardworking, mature and professional individual
- Ability to work under pressure a must
- A “can do attitude” essential / Proactive individual
- Good Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, Xero
