Main Duties:
Your role will be to managed the full sales cycle: to identify and convert prospective business leads in order to secure sales and manage your own accounts to drive retention thereafter.

The Role:
- To identify and generate new business leads and prospects via phone, mail and other
  media
- To cold-call, qualify leads and achieve set targets
- To write winning proposals through to agreed terms of business
- To negotiate in order to secure client’s acquisition
- To develop and maintain strong relationships with acquired clients year on year
- To manage your own portfolio (New and existing clients)
- To occasionally travel to Events & Shows


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Fluent in Italian (written & spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in Lead Generation/Business Development/Sales or
  Telesales in a B2B/consultative industry – ESSENTIAL

- Ability to communicate in a global environment
- Career driven with strong commercial acumen
- Successful track record of achieving sales targets
- Target-driven, "hands on" & proactive profile
- Confident communicator with strong influential & negotiation skills
- Flexible as travelling may be required – Drivers licence & Passport holder
- Computer literate

Salary:

Basic 24k pa + Realistic OTE up to £33K pa (1st year-Increasing up to £40k-£60k OTE 2nd, 3rd year) + Excellent Benefits (Generous commissions scheme and bonus, Private healthcare, Pension Scheme) .
