Italian speaking Technical Support
Salary: up to £28,000 p.a. (depending on experience) and £5000 shift allowance
Location: Wigan area

Ref: 460TSI

*office based *
* 24/7 services: 4 days on/ 4 days off with working hours 7am -7pm rotation 7pm-7am

Main Duties:
Responsible for 1st line Technical Support to clients by providing prompt and effective technical skills to resolve any problems and incidents.

The Role:
- Deal with technical related issues with customers by providing detailed advise
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure new systems and services are implemented
- identify and diagnose problems in order assist customers to recover and continue operations
- Ensure that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot problems
- prioritise, monitor and escalate any technical issues as needed
- Provide network support, phone system support
- Use the ticketing system to able to prioritise customers’ issues


Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) essential
- Experience in Technical support
- Hardware and software experience an advantage
- Technically minded with interest in IT
- Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner
- Confident, enthusiastic and willing to learn
