Italian Speaking Travel Coordinator (Tourism)
Salary: Up to £32,000 DOE + Benefits
Location: Scotland

Main Duties:
Providing exceptional customer service to clients and prospective groups travelling throughout the UK & Ireland

The Role:
- Provide a high level Customer Service to French speaking customers
- Handle inbound communications and respond accordingly
- Respond and deal to all queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Work with internal departments to ensure the business is run efficiently
- Continuously gain knowledge of holiday group requirements and offers
- Ability to negotiate supplier rates and always buy at the best possible price
- Attend familiarisation trips, trade fairs and meetings as directed.

- Fluent in Italian is essential (written and spoken)
- Experience with a tour operator or similar service provider such as hotel receptions/sales, booking agency or similar.
- Excellent knowledge of Scotland as a destination and its tourism products
- Positive, Problem solver, confident and dynamic personality
- Required to work every other weekend as part of the rota
- Good team player / Excellent communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail / IT literate
