Main duties:
To be responsible for the daily contact with customers and suppliers (Japan, China, Asia, America) to manage Import and Export activities.

The Role:
•    to manage major accounts, including identify, propose and implement
•    to raise quotations, purchase orders and invoices in line with customer order
•    to confirm all purchase costs and sales prices are correct and in line with the relevant
•    to deal with customer and supplier queries effectively
•    to manage aged debt to meet cash flow targets
•    to support the Coordinator’s team

Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent in Japanese and English
•    Experience in a similar role (Import/Export) would be ideal
•    Logistics/Purchasing/Sales coordination experience is an advantage
•    Excellent communication and organisation skills
•    IT literate (MS Office knowledge)
•    Driving license
•    Eligible to work in the UK
