Multilingual Customer Service Advisor (German or French or Spanish)
Salary: up to £25,000 pa + Excellent Benefits

Main duties:
To be responsible for providing high-quality level of customer service to customers


The Role:
- To deliver excellent multilingual Customer Service
- To resolve technical issues relating to the company’s products
- To provide comprehensive responses to technical customer queries
- To keep accurate records and data input
- To deal with customers complaints
- To liaise with other internal departments

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English
- Additional fluency in one of the following languages: German or French or Spanish
- IT / Technical minded
- Previous Customer Service experience would be desirable
- Good interpersonal skills, proactive & dynamic

Salary

Up to £25,000 pa + Excellent Benefits
