Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (UK & Europe)

The Role:
- Provide 1st line support and problem fixing for end users on all systems (Including remote)
- Support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- Provide network support, phone system support
- Installation and administration of users
- Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation
- Guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s
- Occasional travel to other sites and visit clients

 


Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Italian and French, Spanish would be an advantage
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Previous experiences in IT support, 1st line desk support or customer services
- IT related problem solving skills
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Office365, Exchange 2013, Windows 10, Windows 8

Salary:

Up to £24,000 pa depending on experience  + Bonus + Benefits
