Salary: OTE £25,000 pa

*** Full time permanent role (Mon-Fri) available immediately ***

Main duties:
To provide excellent customer support and to ensure a high standard of customer service, communication and activities in an efficient way.

The Role:
•    To collect all data and save it in the system
•    To handle the full process, to inform customers and dealers
•    To negotiate with dealers and regional suppliers
•    To coordinate payment process
•    To log all information and conversation in the system



Candidate's Profile:

•    Fluent in French and Italian languages in written and spoken
•    Fluent in English (written and spoken)
•    Previous Customer Service / Advisor / Care experience is an advantage
•    Excellent problem solving and communication skills
•    Friendly, calm and professional manner
•    Computer literate
•    Available immediately to start
•    Ideally car owner or living at commutable distance from Rugby

Salary:

£23,500 pa + shift allowance (cca. OTE £25,000)
