Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (UK & Europe)

The Role:
- To provide 1st line and 2nd line technical support and problem fixing for end users on all
  systems (Including remote)
- To support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers, cameras,
  servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- To provide network support, phone system support
- Installation and administration of users for special video recording software
- To guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely
  manner
- To priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in minimum 2 of the following languages: Italian or Spanish or German
- Fluent in English in written and spoken
- Previous experiences in IT support, 1st or 2nd line help desk support or IT
  Engineering

- IT related problem solving skills and technical IT knowledge (DDNS service, DHCP, IP
  address etc.)
- Excellent and professional communication skills
