Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (UK & Europe)

The Role:
- To provide technical support and problem fixing advice for end users on all systems
- To support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting
- To assist with software installation and maintenance
- To provide network support, phone system support by phone, email and remote assistance
- To proactively keep up-te-date and learn about new products and services
- To log all customers issues and assistance into the company's CRM system
- To guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- To prioritise tasks to achieve SLA’s

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in minimum 2 of the following languages: Italian or Spanish or German or French
- Fluent in English in written and spoken
- Interest in IT support or IT Engineering
- IT related problem solving skills and technical IT knowledge
- Excellent and professional communication skills

Salary:

Negotiable cca. £30,000 pa depending on experience + Excellent Benefits
