Multilingual Order Process Coordinator
Salary: circa £28,000 pa

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and order processing support

The Role:
- To process orders with company system (SAP)
- To do credit check existing and new clients
- To manage returns process
- To book in goods and expedite purchase orders
- To provide customer support via mail and telephone (French and English)
- To support sales teams with quotations for existing customers
- To respond general queries and provide information on existing orders
- To communicate actively with Sales Team, Supply Chain and Financial departments

- Additional fluency in at least one of the following
languages : French, Italian, Spanish or German
- IT literate, SAP knowledge
- Experience in similar Order Processing / Sales Support role is ESSENTIAL
- Excellent organisation and communication
- Precision and attention to detail
