*** Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm ***


Main Duties:
To work as part of a small team/operation and to assist with the day-to-day office management


The Role:
To be responsible for the day-to-day office management
To maintain database completed; to create new customer/supplier accounts in system
To undertake Health & Safety checks for office
To be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers enquiries; answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors/contractors
To ensure internal communications

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in a similar role would be appreciable
- Eager to learn various transport and admin procedures

Salary

Up to £32,000 pa depending on experience
