Order Fulfilment Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: Up to £23,500 depending on experience and great benefits

Main duties:
To process orders efficiently from receipt of the order to its delivery.

The role:
– Handling sales orders and any necessary paperwork
– Ensuring that customers receive the correct prices, and good delivered to the correct address
– Liaising with the Warehouse team and Purchasing team in regards to stock
– Ensuring best shipment methods for the best value by discussing with freight couriers
– Keep customers updated throughout by providing tracking numbers, invoices etc.

– Fluent in a European language (written and spoken) – Ideal
– Previous admin experience – Essential
– Good telephone manner and communication skills
– Self motivated and eager to learn
– IT literate
