Part time Bilingual Accounts Payable Clerk (Czech OR Swedish OR German)
Salary: £35,000 pro rata
Location: Remote
Ref: 4141AP

*Fully remote*
*Permanent role*
*Part time –Flexible 20 hours a week*

Main duties:
Be responsible for all payments and invoices due

The Role:
- To be responsible for forwarding and posting all invoices
- To reconcile all vendor accounts
- To follow up on overdue invoices and provide weekly reports thereof
- To deal with supplier queries and liaise with relevant departments
- To validate employee expenses
- To assist with weekly payment runs as well as process international payments
- Admin duties as required

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in either Czech OR Swedish OR German (written and spoken) essential
- Experience as Accounts Payable / accounts / finance necessary
- Experience working within an International company beneficial
- NetSuite experience an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- IT Literate ( especially excel)
- Ability to work independently
