Part time French Speaking PA & Office Manager
Salary: around £27,000 pa/ £30,000 pa pro rata + Benefits
Location: Victoria, London (Hybrid working options after training)

***THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION / 20hours/week***


Main duties:
To be working closely with the company's CEO to assist them with all administrative and organisational duties (financial, operational, as well as reporting and communication)


The Role:
- Scheduling and organizing meetings, conference calls and complex travel itineraries
- Diary management
- Office management (facility management, event co-ordination, management of post and office supplies etc)
- Filing and recording contracts and other relevant documents
- Assembling and maintaining the confidentiality of highly sensitive information
- Asssiting with Management communication to the staff

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in French (Written and Spoken) ESSENTIAL
- Previous similar experience
- Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and dynamic personality
- Able to prioritise , multitask, and take initiatives
- Ability to analyse data efficiently
