Part Time Office Administrator
Salary: £15,000 pa
Location: Buckinghamshire

*Office based*
*Part time role - 4 hours a day / 20 hours a week
Main Duties:
To work as part of a small team to assist with the day-to-day office management
The Role:
- To be the first point of contact for all customers and suppliers enquiries; answering calls and emails, welcoming visitors/contractors
- Respond to enquiries via phone or email
- Deal with and respond to HQ queries
- Be responsible for invoices and PODs
- Update rates with internal departments and customers
- Undertake Health and Safety checks for the office
- Office admin as needed
- Liaise with external suppliers building good relationships
- Experience in an administrative role necessary
- Experience in transport / logistics beneficial
- Strong organisation and administrative skills
- High attention to detail with great time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player with a 'can do' attitude
