Part-time Procurement Assistant  
Procurement, Production, Purchasing, Stock control, Logistic, Order processing, Export, Distribution, Customer Relationship, Administration, Business Administration, ERP, Berkshire.
Based in: Berkshire
Salary: £10 per hour - Part time role 22.5 hrs/week + Benefits

            ***Permanent Part time role: 22,5 hours/week***
                 *** Monday to Friday 9.30am to 2pm***

Main duties:
You will have a key role that will support the Production and Procurement Manager in both day to day and international projects.

The Role:
- To assist and work alongside the Production and Procurement Manager
- To input and validate data for pricing, purchasing, inventory and invoicing
- To assist with the weekly and monthly reports
- To acknowledge and process purchase orders
- To communicate with suppliers as when required
- To assist where necessary in the running of the business
- To provide support with national and international logistics

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in English (Written & spoken) - ESSENTIAL
- Fluent in French or Italian (Written & spoken) - Advantage
- Accounting, purchasing or operational experience - Advantage
- Analytical, confident, proactive and dynamic
- An excellent communicator with an enthusiastic attitude
- Competent in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.

Salary:

£10 per hour - Part time role 22.5 hrs/week + Benefits
