Polish or German speaking Head of Customer Service

Main duties:
To be a leader of International Customer Service Teams. Delivering a high customer experience to gain new business, maintain current business and support the continuous growth of the business.

The Role:
- To manage teams based in UK, Austria and Poland
- To train and develop the Customer Service teams to provide excellent customer service
- To generate repeat business through excellent communication and delivery service
- To build good relationship with Key customers and suppliers
- To improve customer service process including ERP processes
- To liaise between the production team and other departments when it requires
- To report KPIs and other information to the Management
- To travel internationally

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in English and German and/or Polish
- Experienced in Customer Service Management Role
- Knowledge of Order Book Management
- Great experience in managing large team
- It literate and ERP system knowledge
- Strong customer mind-set
- Target driven
- Able to commute to the office on daily basis
