Polish Speaking Service Manager
Salary: Up to 20,000 zloty p/m (240,000zloty p/a) + commission + company car
Location: Warsaw, Poland
Ref: 2308P

*** Mainly office based in Warsaw ***
*** Must be able to travel to Customer Sites in Poland ***

Main duties:
To grow business and maximise company’s’ revenue by delivering the highest quality of service offered to the clients.

The Role:
- To lead and motivate the service team
- To ensure services are delivered with highest quality by optimising processes and procedures
- To monitor the service team’s KPI’s and provide guidance for improvement
- To coordinate daily schedules of the service team
- To manage key accounts and communicate with key stakeholders
- To provide management information reporting
- To occasionally visit key client’s sites around the Poland to establish strong working relationships

Candidate's Profile

- Fluent in Polish (written and spoken) – ESSENTIAL
- Good level of English
- Experience in a field service role
- Problem-solving and excellent communication skills
- A technical mind-set and ability to manage a team
- Full Driving Licence
