Main Duties:
To provide IT systems and processes support to all users within the group (Worldwide)

The Role:
- Provide 1st line technical support and problem fixing for end users on all systems
  (Including remote desktop)
- Support hardware maintenance and troubleshooting (Desktops, printers and servers)
- Software installation and maintenance
- Provide network support, phone system support
- Installation and administration of users
- Database housekeeping, record keeping and documentation
- Guaranty that reported problems are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner
- Priorities tasks to achieve SLA’s

Candidate's Profile:

- Fluent in Portuguese AND Spanish
- Fluent in English (Spoken and Written)
- Previous experiences in IT support, 1st line desk support or Customer Services
- IT related problem solving skills
- Excellent and professional communication skills
- Desirable but not essential: Working knowledge of Office365, Exchange 2013, Windows
  10, Windows 8
- Candidate be able to commute to Nottingham central by public transport
