Print Administration Coordinator
Location: Huntingdon
Salary: Up to £25,000

Main duties:
To handle print orders from quote to delivery, making sure everything was correct and completed on time.

The role:
– Process print orders, quotes, and invoices accurately and on time
– Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to arrange orders and deliveries
– Confirm artwork approvals with customers before printing
– Update customer and order records on the system and keep paperwork organised
– Help with customer queries and admin tasks to support the sales team

Candidate's Profile

– Previous experience in an admin role
– Knowledge in printed labels, tapes or other printed products – Beneficial
– Strong eye for detail and organisational skills
– Confident and motivated candidate
– IT literate
