Project Manager (Scientific instruments)
Salary: up to 85,000€ pa (circa 7,000€ pcm)
Location: Stuttgart
Relocation from Frankfurt, Munich, Nuremberg, Zürich, Strasbourg, and Mulhouse is possible

Main Duties:
Plan & executes activities for new product development to ensure all projects are delivered within scope, on-time, and within budget.

The Role:
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
- Track project costs to meet budget
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Report project status on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
- Utilize best practices, techniques & standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress, adjust and report as needed
- Measure and report project performance to identify areas for improvement

- Fluent in English & German (oral & verbal)
- Working experience in engineering or product development environment
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other certification strongly preferred
- Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies and best practices
- Experience managing projects through the full life cycle
- Solid organizational skills and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
