Property Sales Consultant (France)
Salary: circa £65,000 OTE
Location: London
Ref: 724WU

Main duties:
To maintain and develop the company’s sales interests in the French territory (Alps mostly)

The Role:
- To generate new sales leads and develop sales opportunities
- To sell a wide portfolio of products (properties, resorts, holiday homes)
- To provide quotations and process orders
- To follow up on enquiries
- To liaise with mortgage brokers
- To analyse market trends and requirements
- To understand the company’s market
- To provide exceptional customer services
- To keep the client database updated

Candidate's Profile

- Excellent level French (written and spoken) - Essential
- Excellent telephone and conversational manners
- Previous experience in Telesales (B2B), Business Development, Lead Generation and/or Account management
   is desirable
- Experience in off plan property is a plus
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willing to travel often to France
- Able to achieve and maintain high level of inbound & outbound calls to potential customers
- Driven / eager to succeed / Strong negotiation skills


£24,000 + circa from £40K commission in year 1 (£65K OTE)
