Location: Smeeth (Ashford) or London (Wapping)
Salary: £25,000 basic plus uncapped commission (OTE £30,000–£35,000+ in the first year)

Purpose of the role:
– Managing recruitment projects from vacancy briefing through to successful placement
– Drafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating offers and supporting placements
– Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates through regular telephone and email communication throughout the recruitment process
– Developing customer relationships and generating repeat business from existing UK-based clients (no cold calling required)

– Previous experience in a proactive, customer-facing or frontline role
– Energised by regular interaction with people, with strong verbal communication skills
– Motivated by and comfortable working towards revenue and placement targets
– Self-motivated, independent and proactive, while also working effectively as part of a team
– Able to prioritise workload and manage multiple projects effectively
– Strong work ethic and attention to detail
– Interested in working within a small close-knit multicultural team
– Own transport required, as our office is located at Evegate Business Park in a countryside setting and is not accessible by public transport
– Fluency in another language (particularly French or German) would be an advantage but is not essential.
